Managing Partner and Head of Strategic Partnerships at Richmond Group, Elisa Palombi is an entrepreneur at heart. Having owned and operated her own business for over 17 years, she enjoys working with Business Leaders across a variety of industries. Elisa has the experience and knowledge necessary to effectively partner with you to ensure your success.
Elisa works with clients all over the world in support of their professional and personal goals. Her belief is that coaching is about people living an authentic life, both personally and professionally. She is passionate about coaching, and truth and integrity are held in high regard. She is commitment to supporting her clients in achieving results; this has always been foundational in her approach.
Elisa is a certified coach with The Coaches Training Institute and is currently completing her MCC, Master Coach Certification with the ICF, The International Coaching Federation. Elisa is based in Toronto, Canada.
Janet is a Faculty Member, Facilitator and Practitioner at Richmond Group. Janet brings an extensive background in sales and marketing, having held Senior Executive positions in several Corporate Communications and Marketing Agency organizations over the past 15 years. She has worked with leading multi-national clients in the packaged goods, manufacturing, government and pharmaceutical sectors.
In addition to her role at Richmond, Janet maintains a Visiting Instructor role teaching “Leader as Coach” in the Cornell Executive MBA program. Janet also works with the SC Johnson Graduate School of Management, Executive Education department where she is responsible for overseeing and delivering a Team Coaching program for US-based teams enrolled in the both the Cornell Executive MBA and the Cornell-Queen’s Executive MBA programs.
Janet is a past Marketing Instructor with the Seneca School of Business, Faculty of Continuing Education. She is an accomplished presenter, having spoken at a variety of industry and higher education conferences. Janet is a member of the Marketing Committee for the Duke Of Edinburgh (Ontario Chapter), Women’s Executive Network and the International Coach Federation. She is the past Chair of the Canadian Marketing Association’s Women in Leadership Conference and an Executive Mentor with Free the Children.
Janet holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Western Ontario, and a MBA (with distinction) from Queen’s University. Janet completed her Coach training with Adler International/OISE, and has advanced training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™). Janet is certified in The Birkman™ Personality Assessment, The Leadership Circle™ 360 and Team Culture assessments. Janet is based in Toronto, Canada.
Kerry Woodcock PhD ORSCC CPCC ACC
Kerry Woodcock is an Associate at Richmond Strategy Group. She is a passionate leader and facilitator, who lives and leads with vision. She is part of a number of collaborative and innovative teams and enjoys coaching leaders and teams to improve their effectiveness, to inspire change, lead transition, and support transformation.
Kerry brings nineteen years of experience as a facilitator of learning and sustainable change with corporate, government and not-for-profit organizations in a variety of sectors, including Energy, Public Service and Natural Resources in Canada, the UK, and Tanzania.
Kerry is an International Coach Federation accredited coach, certified in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching, Co-Active Coaching, Lumina Spark and trained in Participatory Video. Kerry is based in Calgary, Alberta.
Jan Campbell, MBA, BSc, CPCC
Jan Campbell is an Associate at Richmond Strategy Group. Jan’s area of specialization is in strategy, evaluation, and organizational and leadership development. She has over 20 years of experience in the health and social service sectors including working for academic health science centres and community hospitals; an international consulting firm specializing in health care and life sciences; and held a leadership role within an academic research centre. As a consultant, Jan has worked with dozens of community based agencies, associations, governments, foundations, hospitals, and corporations. Jan is also frequent speaker and workshop facilitator on leadership, effective governance and strategic thinking.
Jan earned an MBA from McMaster University with a specialization in Health Services Management. Jan has served on numerous local, municipal and provincial committees and Boards concerned with health and social services and currently serves on the Board of the University Health Network. Jan is based in Toronto, Canada.
Faith Fuller Ph.D., ORSCC, CPCC, PCC
Program designer and faculty member at Richmond Group, Faith is also President of CRR Global and a co-author of the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Program (ORSC). She is a psychologist, educator and coach with over 18 years of experience in working with organizations, 12 years of training and supervision experience and 9 years of coaching training experience.
An experienced trainer and coach, Faith takes a systems approach to organizational and individual coaching, believing that all aspects of the system need to be addressed in order for effective change to occur. Her particular area of expertise is developing curriculums that promote the emotional intelligence of individuals, partnerships and teams through relationship coaching and leadership development. Relationship coaching improves communication, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, self-management and appreciation of others.
Executive coaching specialty areas include adapting coaching skills to improve leadership skills, management performance, systems awareness, and communication skills. Faith also has a background in consultation, team building, team constellation, curriculum design, conflict resolution and community crisis intervention. Faith is collaborative in her approach, empowering and practical in her delivery. She believes in powerful education with a light and humorous touch.

Marita Fridjhon, ORSCC, MSW, PCC, CPCC
Faculty member at Richmond Group, Marita is Co-Founder and CEO of CRR Global Inc. She creates and operates training programs in Relationship Systems Coaching for coaches, executives and teams. In addition, she maintains a coaching and consulting practice for partnerships, teams and organizations. Her primary focus in coaching is on systemic change, leveraging diversity, creative communication, deep democracy in conflict management and the development of learning organizations.
Marita has over 25 years of experience as a therapist, mediator, OD consultant and executive coach, working in government, private, and non-profit organizations internationally. She has coached executives, senior managers, corporate executives, staff employees, and private clients in South Africa, Europe, Brazil, the West Indies, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. In these engagements, Marita designed and facilitated effective systemic change, expanded leadership proficiency on all levels of impact, and trained management and staff to develop not only Emotional Intelligence but also to leverage Social and Relationship Systems Intelligence.
She excels in facilitating client systems in discovering the solutions already present within the larger whole. Her clinical knowledge and expertise in general systems theory, process-oriented psychology and relationship systems coaching combined with her cross-cultural experience, gives Marita the depth of cultural and systemic understanding that today’s organizational leaders demand. She is a master at facilitating intentional relationships. Previous and existing clients include non-profit and county organizations, as well as organizations representing information technology firms, banking industry, pharmaceutical industry, training institutions, professional and national associations, partnerships and ‘thought leaders.’
